More and more modern robots are deployed into disaster response. However, current design of intelligent agents still cannot sustain the bottleneck of long-distance communication and heavy computation since there must be a bunch of noisy sources to interfere, shield, or fade the wireless connection. In our research, we target to build low cost robot swarms with autonomy agents for better resource allocation and control policy over robot swarms. Both intra- and inter- agent resources need to be managed in a smart way but with decent low overhead. The first step is sensitivity analysis on the online, anytime learning algorithm as we present here.
