After graduating from UCSD in â€™94, Stanley Peng earned his MSEE from USC in Dec. '97. Currently, he works with a high-tech company managing design projects in next generation ASICs for internet products. An avid athlete, Stanley has finished several marathons and triathlons over the past few years and works as a PSIA skiing instructor during winter. "It's not about getting a degree and getting a job, but doing things that get some degrees out of yourself." He enjoys long-trip driving and eventually will drive an RV around America.

Rick Batt recently became the Vice President, Intellectual Property, at Broncus Technologies. This medical device company in Mountain View, CA develops interventional bronchoscopy devices for lung diseases, including emphysema. Rick lives in the Bay Area with his wife Angel Batt, UCSD class of â€˜92, daughter Kayley 3 and son Tanner (5 and pictured here with dad).

Currently the Cheif of Aircraft Operations for NASA. After obtaining a MS in Aerospace Structures in 1994, Schlatter lead Aeronautical Engineering Programs in the US Coast Guard before retiring as Commander at Air Station Atlantic City, NJ. Prior to his current position, he was the Director of Programs for helicopter manufacturer Eurocopter, a subidiary of the European Aeronautic Defence and Space company (EADS).

Working locally at Hewlett-Packard in Rancho Bernardo since graduating 12 years ago. Changed career from EE work to Computer Science (Firmware Programming) about 5 years ago. Having fun raising three active boys with my high school sweetheart Lisa!
