Families who verify financial need based on income will be considered. For consideration, families will need to mail (do not email) a copy of the following items by the postmark deadline of the application period, February 17, 2017 5pm PST.

  • The first page of the current year's income tax return showing the number of dependents and adjusted gross income. Black out all social security numbers for your security. If 2016 taxes are not completed yet, send a copy of the 2015 tax page. Final aid determinations can only be made when the 2016 tax information is received.
  • Other income documentation such as a TANF letter
  • A brief paragraph describing other contributing circumstances to qualify for aid. Supporting dependents in college will not be considered in determining aid eligibility.
  • COSMOS is NOT accepting free/reduced lunch letters this year for demonstrated financial need.
