He spent his early days working with unique thought leaders in design, technology and early scrum/extreme programming practices. This experience has guided him throughout his career and taught him to be very resourceful with limited funds, find different and novel ways to solve problems, and has embedded continuous learning into his habits. Prior to entering the workforce, Guy received a soccer scholarship to Rollins College in Florida, where he played center defense for four years. He still plays in pick-up leagues on weekends when hes not at the beach with his family. An avid water person and fisherman, he now spends most of his time unwinding fishing tangles for his two kids.
