The Robert Conn Executive Conference Center (ECC) is a meeting suite located on the fourth floor of Franklin Antonio Hall. It is comprised of two separate rooms, the Executive Outreach (4201) and the Executive Meeting Room (4202). The two rooms are not connected and must be reserved separately. A reservation of the Executive Meeting Room (4202) includes use of the conjoined ServiceNow Terrace, which overlooks the eucalyptus grove to the north of the building.

The space is ideal for distinguished events, marquee or high-profile scholarly events and other functions that have university-wide appeal. Types of events potentially appropriate for the Executive Conference Center include lectures, forums, corporate partner events, donor and advancement events, research symposia, talks and addresses by university or school leaders.

Student organizations are not permitted to reserve these spaces.

Important: The space was designed with meetings and conferences in mind. It is not an event venue or ballroom, and is not appropriate for parties, soirees, galas, dinners, or purely social gatherings. The rooms are equipped with the necessary amenities to facilitate productive meetings, presentations, and professional discussions.

Access

The Executive Conference Center is accessible with a provided PIN, entered on the pad at the entrance to room. Access codes will be emailed out one week prior to your event. If you do not receive an access code, please contact jsoe-rooms@ucsd.edu.
