Strategic Initiatives and Assessment Senior Analyst
About:
Providing insight through evaluation and assessment, Jessica contributes to the advancement of IDEA Engineering Student Center's strategic goals and analyzes the outcomes of the Center's programs on student retention and success. She offers perspectives on new initiatives within the center as well as program development and improvement. Jessica is focused on how we can support each and every engineering student in achieving their academic goals. She also facilitates our Engineering Learning Communities program, which is group tutoring specifically designed for engineering students, the Guided Engineering Apprenticeship Research (GEAR) program, our Academic Community for Engineering Success (ACES), and the Academic Achievement Program. Prior to joining UC San Diego, Jessica spent several years managing software engineering and content development teams primarily in the military and law enforcement spaces. She enjoys the beach, road trips, and sci-fi movies.
