Get Involved with the IDEA Engineering Student Center

Your contributions and mentorship are essential to students' growth to become professional engineers. The IDEA Center has many opportunities for involvement. Simply join our interest list and we will reach out when opportunities arise. Here are ways you can make a difference by partnering with the IDEA Center:

IDEA Center Industry Advisory Board

The IDEA Engineering Student Center's Industry Advisory Board provides insight, innovative partnership, and sponsorship for programs and services within the IDEA Center with the goal of ensuring the engineering workforce is diverse and thriving. Members of the Industry Advisory Board are first to participate in IDEA Center mentorship opportunities, giving them early access to the forefront of engineering talent pipeline. Board members meet biannually and serve on the board as industry representatives for three-year terms. To participate in the Industry Advisory Board, talk to your department chair and connect with Executive Director of Student Success, Alex Phan.
