Information for Graduating Jacobs School of Engineering Master's Students
Student check in for the Jacobs School of Engineering Master's Commencement ceremony begins on June 14 at 11am at Parking Lot 357/Ridgewalk at Rimac. Please plan to arrive at 11am for check in, and be prepared for traffic, road closure and security delays.
What you need:
- Printed copy of your ticket. You must have this to enter RIMAC FIELD and walk in the ceremony.
- Regalia: all graduates must wear a proper graduate regalia to participate in the ceremony.
- Comfortable shoes. You will be walking across the entirety of Rimac Field. Please plan accordingly.
- Travel lightly! There will be no storage or opportunity for you to drop off items once you’re on Triton Track.
Guests will be directed to Rimac Field to be seated.
Students will be directed to Triton Track where they will be lined up for processional.
Guests will not be able to enter the check in area with their graduate. Staff and volunteers will be available to help direct guests to the appropriate location.
All students must be checked in by 12:15 p.m. on Triton Track.
