New Research Centers and 200+ Graduate Student Posters to be Highlighted at Research Expo 2016
Research Expo is April 14, 2016 |
San Diego, Calif., Feb. 24, 2016 – Advances coming out of new industry-focused research centers at the University of California, San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering will be highlighted in faculty talks and in some of the more than 200+ graduate student posters that will be presented on April 14, 2016 at Research Expo.
In fast-paced faculty talks, UC San Diego professors will highlight recent advances and future directions in microbiome science, biologics, development of resilient materials for a wide range of industries, as well as neuromimetic algorithm research.
Research Expo is an annual research, recruiting and networking event at the Jacobs School of Engineering at UC San Diego. It includes 20-minute faculty talks, a networking reception and a poster session in which 200+ engineering and computer science graduate students discuss their latest research with attendees.
